Members authorize Knotting Hills Memebers Club to charge their credit cards

through an automatic payment of $300 per quarter (3 months). After the first quarter,

members may cancel by coming into Knotting Hills during operational hours. Once on

property, additional food, beverages, activities, and other expenses incurred will

automatically be billed to the credit card we have on file.

Members who pay for the entire year in their initial payment will receive four

(4) complimentary day passes to be used at any time. The first 100 Wine Club members

will be entered in a drawing to receive $100 off their choice of on-property housing.

● Knotting Hills Members Club members are responsible for damage to property and any rule infractions caused by themselves and/or any person who enters the property as their guest.

● Dress Code: Men must wear collared shirts, including button-down shirts and polo shirts. Ladies can wear appropriate-length dresses, skirts, tank tops and golf attire.

● Members and guests are required to present their membership cards or passes whenever requested to do so by employees of Knotting Hills while performing their employment responsibilities.

● Members and guests must observe driving and parking regulations. Any motor-driven vehicle improperly parked or blocking driving areas will be removed at the owner or accompanying member’s expense.

● Knotting Hills Members Club assumes no liability for any article of personal property damaged, lost, or stolen on the club’s premises.

● Knotting Hills Members Club shall not be responsible for other loss, damage, or

injury sustained by members or their guests on club premises.

● Any member or their guests breaking, damaging, or removing any property from Knotting Hills Members Club premises will be expected to pay for the cost thereof or to replace it.

● Members are responsible for the conduct of themselves, their families, and their guests while on the property of Knotting Hills Members Club. Any conduct of a member or the guest of a member unbecoming of a lady or gentleman will be reported to management for appropriate action.

● Management has the authority and responsibility to enforce all Knotting Hills Members Club rules and regulations, policies, and procedures. It is their responsibility to take disciplinary action against any and all persons for violations of said rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. This will typically be in the form of a letter from management for first or minor infractions. Additional or more serious infractions will result in fines, suspensions, or forfeiture of membership.

● No pets are allowed on Knotting Hills Members Club property with the exception of certified service animals.

● Payments for food, beverages, merchandise, and services is required to be made via credit card.

● Cash is only accepted if given for tips/gratuities.

● No member or guest can entertain or fraternize with any Knotting Hills Members Club employees, except for management.

● Smoking is prohibited inside any building except for the smoking lounge.

● Members are permitted to order outside food from restaurants via food delivery services, but are never permitted to bring in outside alcohol.

● Members and guests are expected to behave respectfully to other patrons in regard to use of cell phones and other electronic devices.

● No outside beverages are permitted onto Knotting Hills Members Club property.

● Outside food will only be permitted on a case-by-case basis at management’s discretion.

●No water activities are permitted while under the influence of alcohol. This includes swimming, boating, kayaking or any other water-based activities. Safety is our top priority, and impaired judgment can greatly increase the risk of accidents or drowning. Anyone found engaging in water activities while intoxicated will be subject to disciplinary action.

Your presence on property is considered to be your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded. Your presence on property constitutes your consent to such photography, filming, and/or recording to any use, in any and all media, of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection with Wine Club at Knotting Hills.
